The Minister for Justice announces around 22:00, during a press conference, the government adoption of Emergency Ordinance 13, which modifies the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code. At 23:00 there are already a few hundred in Victory Square. At 01:00, the number rises to 20,000. “Another question?”, the only answer the Minister for Justice gave during the press conference, becomes a registered trademark.
